Today I went to Zaxbys with my husband around 7:45 and had a very pleasant experience. The zaxbys has been set up with the cutest christmas decorations and not to mention the girl who took my order, Chantal, has amazing manners and her attitude was so positive and radiant. Our food was brought out quickly and was warm and delicious. The place is very clean and a warm environment. We are definitely coming here again.

so i went here to try their food for the first time. tell me why when i order my food, the cashier lady had such an attitude. like i would ask what’s good and she literally said “idk just pick something, it doesn’t matter.” so like i ignored that and i ordered a grilled cheese. as i waited for my food, i could hear some ppl in the back laughing so loud and things being knocked over, i just ignored it. so when i got my food, i went to pick it up… it was cold. like actually ice cold. i’m okay if the food wasn’t hot or too warm, but this was too much. so far so great! i went up to the cashier, where i asked for the manager. the manager arrives, kinda laughing bc he was prob with the other employees who were also laughing, (i think his name is mike or michael or something,) and told him “excuse me, but my grilled cheese is cold, and your employees are giving attitude for no reason.” he just took my plate. but as i waited near the front, i could literally SEE these ppl straight up horseplaying. im pretty sure he put it in the microwave and heated it up, but i literally saw my sandwich almost fall to the ground due to another employee pushing him playfully. so yeah…

Pulling into place at 10:30 pull up to the drive-through they proceed to tell you gotta drive all the way around you can’t cut in that way. There’s no signs nothing directing traffic and yet nobody in line not even a customer at the store and you know what they just lost this one bye-bye.

Worst service double checked our order at the window due to being rushed then wait and order was wrong so made us wait another 10 mins to get what was actually ordered. Very rude service when issue was brought up lady that helped us at the window threw her hands up. we were made to throw away the mess up order.

We stopped here today and ordered 4 Mr Beast meals. The lady that took the order was nice but that's about it. That's was hardly anything to drink. You had coke and lemonade to choose from. If they would of told us that we would of went somewhere else to eat. I asked a manager if they had anything else to drink and she said no and it was what it was. I thought that was kind of rude but ignored her. The place was a little dirty and guess what no soap in the restroom. Not a shocker. I guess it is what it is.
