Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Possibly the worst experience at a fast food place I’ve had so far. Girlys at the register were (not trying to be rude) but just slightly incompetent. Watched our food sit in the window for over 10 minutes before I finally walked up to the front to ask how much longer it would be. The girl told us they were waiting for bacon for one of our orders so it would be another 5 minutes. They finally called our name and our food was ICE cold. Chicken over cooked and dry. Fries soggy, and we had to ask for our sauces because they almost forgot to give them to us. I’m usually not the type to leave a review but this was the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to.

Took them forever to notice us standing there. Girl Was rude when she finally did take our order. The food took over 15 mins. When we asked they said your other food is ready we are waiting on bacon to cook for the loaded fries. Meanwhile the rest of our food was sitting there and got cold instead of them giving it to us. Then the sauces were missing so I asked for them and they tried to charge me for sauce that comes with the meal. My daughter loaded fries had like 4 pieces of sprinkled cheese and a whole
Piece of bacon. I understand this is fast food but I have never had an experience like this at a zaxbys. No they were not busy! And I rarely write a review but I had to because the service was so horrible. Owners need to hire workers who care a little more

First time every going to Zaxby’s and ordered a large 4 tender plate and 4 more tenders for around $20. What I received was about 12 French fries and chicken tenders that look like they were cut in half and split them between the 2 boxes that were probably closer to a nugget.
Opening this when I got home realizing I go scammed I tried to call the manager line to the store to see if this is a normal experience, after 15minutes of the line just ringing I gave up.
For a first experience I would not recommend this establishment, there are MANY chicken places within walking distance of this place I would recommend over here.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order while there was literally no one inside and only two cars in the drive-thru. Instead of working, several employees were just standing around and roaming the store. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and no apology for the extremely long wait.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to run a restaurant, at the very least customers should be acknowledged and orders should be prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the wait.

Just went there tonight at 9:00 the girl that took my order told me the dining room is closed everything is to go but anyway she had an attitude I think she's going to have a tough time' to hold a job in her life and the rest of those young kids, management needs to train those people I almost was going to try and get my money back and leave I could tell it wasn't going to be a good meal which it wasn't the fingers were nasty french fries were nasty soggy burnt cheap Fry's and coleslaw suck this place went downhill for the last few years, first time I've been there in a while I'll never be back not sure if it was real chicken I'm sure I won't get a response whoever reads these reviews but you lost another customer

Today I went to Zaxbys with my husband around 7:45 and had a very pleasant experience. The zaxbys has been set up with the cutest christmas decorations and not to mention the girl who took my order, Chantal, has amazing manners and her attitude was so positive and radiant. Our food was brought out quickly and was warm and delicious. The place is very clean and a warm environment. We are definitely coming here again.

so i went here to try their food for the first time. tell me why when i order my food, the cashier lady had such an attitude. like i would ask what’s good and she literally said “idk just pick something, it doesn’t matter.” so like i ignored that and i ordered a grilled cheese. as i waited for my food, i could hear some ppl in the back laughing so loud and things being knocked over, i just ignored it. so when i got my food, i went to pick it up… it was cold. like actually ice cold. i’m okay if the food wasn’t hot or too warm, but this was too much. so far so great! i went up to the cashier, where i asked for the manager. the manager arrives, kinda laughing bc he was prob with the other employees who were also laughing, (i think his name is mike or michael or something,) and told him “excuse me, but my grilled cheese is cold, and your employees are giving attitude for no reason.” he just took my plate. but as i waited near the front, i could literally SEE these ppl straight up horseplaying. im pretty sure he put it in the microwave and heated it up, but i literally saw my sandwich almost fall to the ground due to another employee pushing him playfully. so yeah…
