We stopped here today and ordered 4 Mr Beast meals. The lady that took the order was nice but that's about it. That's was hardly anything to drink. You had coke and lemonade to choose from. If they would of told us that we would of went somewhere else to eat. I asked a manager if they had anything else to drink and she said no and it was what it was. I thought that was kind of rude but ignored her. The place was a little dirty and guess what no soap in the restroom. Not a shocker. I guess it is what it is.

Worst service of any restaurant I've ever been to. One girl couldn't understand my order. Next girl handed me my drink, never looked in my direction or acknowledged my existence was speaking on the phone with God knows who.
I explained to the first girl she got my order wrong and she started arguing with me.
This is very basic stuff, if they can't get something this simple right, what can they do?
In frustration, I just handed everything back to them and said forget it.
I feel bad, but I come from a hospitality background, so Im very understanding.
This is just baffling.
Best Zaxby's in Lee County! The food is very fresh, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. This one is OUR Zaxby's for sure!

Let me start by saying this is the worst rating I have given for Google reviews. I try to be fair and honest in my online reviews of restaurants.
I an new to the Ft Myers area and heard a lot of hype about this place so decided to give it a try and see what its all about. First I waited in the drive through at 2pm on a Sunday for almost 20 minutes. Drive thru worker was taking her sweet time with each customers order. Secondly I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. I received my order as soon as i pulled up to the window. Not a friendly drive threw server. Never was I offered sauces or ketchup. Paid and pulled over to a parking spot. I found the chicken tenders extremely salty and the crinkle cut fries very bland, soggy and not freshly fried. So much salt on the tenders that I stopped at two because I was afraid by body would blow up from the salt.
Found this place was overrated and very disappointing. Go across the street and hit up Chick - Fil-A, but I couldn't because they are not open on Sundays or you cant go wrong with McD's next door.
Save your time and money and found it not worth it.

The food was disgusting! I spent $33.00 for fries that were undercook and soggy. The chicken was cold and Super Salty! The toast was cold and soggy too and it taste like it had chemicals in it! I was charged for sauces that were never put in my bag. Not one sauce not the ones that came with the meal or the ones I order extra which was about $2.00. The strawberry lemonade taste like straight water and sugar! Their chicken tacos were horrible! The cheesecake bites were cold. I will NEVER order from them again!! This place is horrible. They need to put a raising cane!
