Management and servers alike are beyond reproach. Their willingness to check on customers, refill drinks and to simply speak uplifting and kind words is delightful to experience. Nancy, and Richard are the front line greeters. RP Franklin, Assistant Director is a most uplifting and positive mentor to his staff.“

“Food was pretty good the 2 crunchy tacos we got with our meal we're kinda still, and they said they were out of Mac and cheese! I don't think they were i think they didnt want to get more as they do close in less then an hour.... Was bummed.... But the young man up front was really polite!“

“My family and I came to this KFC right before closing and they had just ran out of chicken. Jerry, the assistant manager apologized about the inconvenience and dropped some chicken in the fryer for us! He and Sydney were beyond great, kind and wonderful. Good customer service EVERY time we come here Jerry seems to be the person always taking our order and at the window. “Who Magoo’s is a great place for tender juicy fried chicken And classic french fries and coleslaw. My husband and I Compare it to something like a bud’s chicken that we used to have down south in West Palm. Highly recommend the Magoo sauce and the sweet heat dip. Not a big fan of the banana pudding it’s kind of watery. On the other hand, their teas are very good.“

“I placed an online order today and on my way to pick it up i stopped at Walgreens up the road to grab my prescription and a few things. While putting them in my trunk, i accidentally locked my keys in the trunk so I called the store to let them know that I will be there shortly i was waiting on my husband to bring me the spare keys. GM (im sorry I forgot her name) without hesitation stated she will drive to Walgreens and bring me my order! She showed up within 5 minutes and even offered to stay with me until my husband comes. Luckily he was just around the corner so she didn’t need to but what an AMAZING way to go above and beyond! I hope all the best for her and her store and I will MOST definitely be ordering again very soon!“

“I went here last week and they messed up my order. I called and left a VM and didn't get a call back. I went today again through the drive thru and asked the girl why don't they answer the phone and she said they are too busy. I said how can a manager be too busy to care about the feedback from their customers. If it wasent for me and all the people who are behind me in like you wouldn't have a job to work at. We keep this place along with many others in buisness. We choose to come here, there are many places to choose from especially on SLW Blvd. My son and I both got cookies and he wouldn't eat his so I took it to save it and it was hard as a rock! The same girl I was speaking to said to the other girl at the window that she didn't care about the customer ahead of me because she was all Ghetto ( her words) . Kinda strange for a young black girl to say that about a well off white women in a newer car. Not sure I will return as a customer it might be time to find somewhere else who will not only make our orders correctly but will make customers a priority.“

“It's been awhile since I had KFC. This location was very pleasant and clean. The cashier Tiffany I believe was friendly and attentive. Wish I knew the managers name but he was a true gentleman. He was tall and in his 20s is a good description. The 5 piece chicken tenders taste so much better than Popeyes. Sorry Popeyes fans but that's just my opinion. The biscuit was buttery and golden brown, I do miss their Jojo fries back in the day but these new fries were pretty good and the Dr. Pepper was fresh and just right. Thank you Saint Lucie West KFC/Taco Bell location. Well Done!!“
