“It was a busy dinner time. I could tell the staff was handling orders from mobile, drive-thru and the kiosk. It took a little longer to get my order and seeing people who ordered online get their orders before me can be disconcerting, but I'm not upset. The staff were moving about as fast as I could expect and the woman who seemed to be in charge was keeping things moving while taking drive-thru orders. My only complaint was the dining area needed a few tables wiped down. The food was exactly as KFC has always had and my order was spot on.“

“Catered a park party, ordered online, and picked up flawless. When I arrivee, the woman at the front took me and was the kindest. She filled my order and went over each item with me prior to me leaving. White glove service, thank you for an easy catering decision. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.“

“My dad messed up and accidentally tipped 40 dollars on the credit card machine, the lovely ladies behind the counter handled it very professionally and resolved the issue. I ordered the medium spice level, and I think the name is true to the flavor, it had some burn, and didn't overpower the chicken. Amazing service, amazing food, a great place to stop if you're traveling I-95!“

“Great lunch spot. Prices are reasonable. Portions are good. However, the only downside to this location is that they serve you on disposable plates and give you the worst plastic utensils. But they make up with the food and service. Very attentive. I wish they would provide actual silverware and plates.“

“I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach for years, and it continues to be my go-to spot whenever I’m looking for fast food. The experience here is consistently exceptional.
The staff is always polite, friendly, and genuinely seems to care about providing great customer service. Kasey, in particular, deserves recognition. She always seems to be there whenever I stop in, and she consistently acknowledges me with a warm, personable attitude. Those small interactions make a big difference and are a big part of why I keep coming back.
The food is always fresh and consistently good, but what really sets this location apart is the overall experience. It simply feels different from any other fast food restaurant. No matter where else you go, it’s hard to find this level of service, consistency, and attention to customers.
Thank you to Kasey and the entire team for always making each visit a pleasant one. Keep up the great work!“

“I had a serious craving for chicken pot pie, and when that happens, I know exactly where to go—KFC. They’ve truly mastered this classic comfort food.
The crust was perfectly golden and flaky, with just the right amount of buttery crispness that gives way to a warm, savory filling. Inside, it was loaded with tender chicken, hearty vegetables, and a creamy sauce that ties it all together. Every bite felt like a warm hug—exactly what I needed to power through the rest of my day.
It’s not always easy to find something that feels homemade and satisfying during a quick lunch break, but this really hit the spot. It was filling without being too heavy, and ready in no time, which is a huge plus when you’re on the go.
If you’re ever in the mood for something cozy and delicious, don’t sleep on KFC’s chicken pot pie. It’s underrated, but it never disappoints.“

“Angel, the GM, is the sweetest. I just left from getting two 12-count honey BBQ wings with potato wedges and mashed potatoes. His kindness is why I drive past two other KFCs just to come here, along with the female manager and the other staff. She's brown-skinned, her speed is great, and she's always smiling. I only come here, and trust I eat KFC 3 times a week 😏 lol. I know, right? Angel is the best if he or the young lady were to leave I will go wherever they transfer to!! Thats how putting your customers first means.“

“Average Chicken Restaurant with pretty good service. Very crowded when we arrived, couldn't even find seating for 5. My granddaughter sat in my lap for the meal.
Service was good, the meal was good, but nothing extra ordinary. Priced a little high for the quantity and quality of the food (my opinion).“
