Charged me $3 for a cup of tap water!! Would have been nice to know before hand!! How the absolute hell is that reasonable??? I take responsibility for not asking for the total before he charged my car but freaking really?? $3??

Food super expensive and the guys don’t look like they washed their hands or anything. It doesn’t make any sense for them to even be working there like that they can find some other people that look like they care about ourselves you don’t go to work like that or have customer service like that

Wife had mushroom Swiss burger and she said it just wasn't hot, or fresh. I had 3 regular burgers like you buy for your kids. They are easier to hold and eat while driving. Ask if they would add a little mayo. Well , they added a couple packages of mayo and put that in the bag. Guess I should have been a little more specific. Patty was dry from sitting so long. Had way too many onions and pickles, bun was dried out and cold. But!!! The apple pies were hot and fresh.

Terrible service! They weren't paying attention to what they were doing. The cashier made me pay twice because, according to her, my card hadn't gone through. I showed her my bank statement to prove I had paid, but she insisted I hadn't, in front of all the other customers. I was so embarrassed that I paid again, so I ended up paying twice for my meal. And then, to top it all off, they didn't even give me the order I requested; they gave me the wrong one. I didn't want to go back, so I just threw the food away. I practically gave them two payments for nothing, and they made me feel humiliated and ashamed in front of the other customers.

Food was really good. Hadn't been to a Hardees in years and tasted just like I remember. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Staff was very courteous and quick. Some how it played Rocky music over the speakers the whole time. I loved it.

I've been to many hardies, but this one whenever I'm passing through. As always. The worst, people always standing in the back, not doing anything. It is currently 9:31 PM on a Sunday. And I waited 10 minutes almost 15 minutes, and I decided to just walk out.

We stopped for breakfast on our way to Fort Lauderdale. We went through the drive thru. It wasn't busy, only one car in front of us but it was taking forever. Turns out that they were having issues with the speaker on the order board which was causing delays. Once we made it to the window, the server was very nice and professional. Our food was fresh and delicious. The lot and building looked clean and well maintained. Hopefully they've gotten that speaker fixed. I would return if in the area and hungry.

Helpful and friendly with diet restrictions! Quick always easy going, we were in the area for 2 weeks and this was a reliable stop for a quick bite that met gluten free and protein needs
