I was a guest at a party today in port st Lucia fl. The presentation of the charcuterie board was amazing. Elegant and artistic. Staff was delightful, accommodating, warm and professional. The food was delicious and the bar was service was friendly and she was very attentive. I am certain many guests were extremely impressed with this catering group. They also did not leave until they totally cleaned up and actually walked dishes! Kudos for being part of the success of this party.
We use True Roots for our professional meetings. They are not only delicious and creative but reliable and responsive.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chef Mike! Wow.. his menu that he curated himself is just mouthwatering and I literally could NOT decide from all the choices and delicacies he can craft. No matter the occasion, this Chef can deliver and then some. Not only is the food extremely fresh and vibrant, the entire process from placing the order to plating the order was seamless, enjoyable and painless.
