“I never heard of McDonald charging for honey mustard and bbq sauce before but we had to pay for them I’ll never go back to this

“Usually, excellent service, but sometimes they'll forget something. They once forgot they sent me to a curbside spot, so I went inside the store. The bag was sitting on the counter and the sever told me she would make me a fresh sandwich and hashbrown coz she forgot. Shame on me for waiting 30min for my breakfast, but I had sprained my knee. It would have been best to just let me wait at drive thru coz it was just a McMuffin and hashbrown. 1 very bad experience, but only knocking off 1 star for that because the service is usually excellent.“

“We are traveling. So went through the DT. Thankfully stopped at the gas pump. Checked our McGriddles. No meat. My husband had to walk in to have them correct them. They said someone just made the meat and someone packages the bread. So we got the fixed ones. Got on the road again. Got in our bag. Guess what. NO meat on another one.
Do not recommend! Take your time McDonalds!“

“Best customer service overall the night time manager Anneliese last night was very polite and respectful greeted me at the window and kindly gave me my order right on time, the store looked very clean and organized through the window, everyone was working as a team, overall 10/10 on everything, everything was fresh and hot?“

“Alot of people call it bad but it's gotten better??? Food now is fresh and the cookies... OHH THE COOKIES WERE AWESOME the service is awesome I always have a chat with the workers while waiting for my food, the atmosphere inside is great it has that light up table.“
