“I went into here and ordered something that I was unhappy with so I went In an ask, the manager really nicely if I could have a refund and she offered to remake the food for me when I handed it to her. She went above and beyond made sure that I was taken care of, and I wanted to say how much I appreciated her. ❤❤ her name is Tiyanna ❤❤“

Every morning, I stop by for something very special—your warm butter biscuits and a small orange juice for my elderly grandmother. She no longer eats solid foods, but your butter biscuits are one of the very few things she'll still enjoy, and seeing her eat them means more to me than I can put into words.

What makes the experience even better is the incredible customer service. Every member of the morning crew is kind, friendly, patient, and always greets customers with a smile. They consistently make my mornings a little brighter, and it's clear they truly care about the people they serve.

“I visited this restaurant to try the new Big Arch burger (pictured below). The sandwich was as big as a Whopper and full of sauce, and the meat and onions were crispy and succulent. The store is clean and quiet, and I spent about twenty minutes there, including wait time and time to eat my burger. My experience was great and I’m glad I stopped here today.“

“I think Jonathan was the manager. Despite what I can only assume was being understaffed he did his best to help me and when most employees checkout he was engaging and as helpful as he could be. This chain sucks in spite of its employees. The employees are great and whomever owns this franchise should be chastised.“
