I had such a genuinely positive experience with David and the team that I felt compelled to share it.

“I went into McDonald’s to grab a quick Happy Meal for my daughter and used the kiosk to place my order. The kiosk wouldn’t let me make the changes I wanted, but I figured I’d just deal with it.

When I walked up to the counter, a nice young lady named Shalea stepped up and asked if she could help. I explained the issue, and she immediately made sure the modifications were taken care of.

“My experience with this McD's is excellent. Thanks to the ALWAYS pleasant, congenial Ms. Katherine who is a very valuable employee keeping the crew running like a well oiled machine. No pun intended! Last few months been coming almost every morning for breakfast. Eggs always perfect, coffee always fresh & today pancakes, eggs & coffee FRESH & HOT unlike many other McD's where food is ALWAYS cold. Shout out to Virginia also an extremely cordial employee!
