“I live about 2 miles from this Wendy’s and even though it is the closest fast food to my house I would gladly drive several extra miles to get other food because of such poor service and food quality. I did that for a few years and each time I would give in, I always regretted it.
Well, I tried again tonight and am so glad that I did!! April and Tory (?? The manager at 10pm) gave me unbelievable service and went out of there way to make sure my food was hot and quick. They are so kind and friendly and I’m really glad that someone stepped up and my Wendy’s will be a great place to go again.“
“🍟🥤🍦 The Wendy’s on the highly trafficked Okeechobee Road, where the Florida Turnpike and I-95 intersect, is definitely a busy stop. The staff does a solid job keeping orders moving quickly, but that speed can sometimes work against them — fries and Frosties have occasionally been only about ¾ filled. Big credit to Mia, who was quick to step in, correct the issue, and make things right. Fast-paced location, but it’s reassuring to see attentive service when it counts.“
“THE BEST WENDYS! Love this place, the staff is always so pleasant and respectful with the customers. The food’s always fresh, the dining area is always clean, even the bathrooms are always spotless, I’ve been to this location more times than i can count, and have never had a single issue. Love the friendly atmosphere!“
“I ordered late night and they got my order wrong by mistake. I called in and Dwayne told me to come in the next day to get a free replacement. My boyfriend went to pick it up for me and they gave me and him a free combo each. Dwayne the manager was really great he went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 customer service.“
