I stopped by Arby's in FWB today and ordered two regular Roast Beef sandwiches and a medium curly frieds.the sandwiches are good. The fries were warm at best, and were put in the bag upside down. For what I paid, I am disgusted.

I've been to this Arby's several times. It has been constantly good. I dock it some stars on service for them getting my order wrong a few times and being rude about it. I gave them a star back because after I complained to the corporation, the manager contacted me and provided free sandwich coupons.

Food is consistently hot and fresh at this location. Lobby was a bit dirty.
Employees happily cooked fries and cheese sticks fresh for me when I asked without hesitation. Arby's app coupons or from mailers usually sweeten the deal.
Assistant Manager Dante took my order and had a great, friendly attitude. It's hard to find that awesome personality at a lot of places. I wish I had his attitude and mindset while I am at work a lot of the time. Thank you Dante.
Floor had 1 dirty table, with curly fries on floor, untouched for the 35 mins we were eating. Drink order was incorrect. Someone shouldve swept and wiped down tables at some point in the 35 minutes we were seated. Other than that, experience was great.
Vegetarian options: You could add a Vegetarian smoothie to the menu.
Kid-friendliness: Could have some prepackaged toys for kids.
