“The salt and vinegar wings are to die for. Our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The bottomless apps are a steal, my kids ate so many cheese sticks it was awsome😋. This place great for a night out with the family or a work luncheon.“

Today, I finally got a chance since due to the snow, they’re the only place open AND offering delivery. 🙏🏼 the lady who took my order was super polite and helpful. The gentleman who delivered our order was patient with me even though it’s freezing outside, he was also very nice and arrived in a timely manner. And our food is delicious!! Will definitely order again! Thank you guys for not letting the snow stop you from making happy customers! You made a pregnant woman VERY happy today. 🥹“

“Edit: 12/12/25 - Once again I am back to another review and this time it just keeps getting worse. I come here quite a bit because I like the food but the Self Service is crazy bad. Always waiting on a drink cup. You have two four people doing the Self Service and all waiting on cups.
Should never happen, workers move around but never look in the direction and if you say something it's like they are being put out or they just ignore you.
Service is down to two stars.

Edit: 10/21/25 - The self service ordering is still janky at best - as you still have to wait for a service person to get you a cup for your meal and if only one person is working the front and has other orders going on, you can stand a wait a bit
Food is still excellent so I do not mind that much

Dropping to 4 stars overall and 3 stars for service. I have been giving this self order a try since they put it in and I am not a fan.
Most the time I am standing there waiting for a drink cup because either they are too busy to give me a cup or no one is up front because of being short staffed.
Still the food is great, just that the service has went down a bit.“

“we split the nachos which were good, i would say overpriced the amount you receive and we also got the grouper sandwich and we substituted the sauce for their cilantro ranch which is amazing. We havnt done their breakfast bec 23$ a person for a breakfast buffet is out pricing themselves. We did try their small pepperoni pizza for room service last night it was ok.“

My order was perfect and sometimes i speak a little quick and might be a little confusing but he very respectfully asked me to repeat my order then i asked him to see if i said it correctly and he got everything to a T. If the owner actually sees this. This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Tavaris!“

Got there one of the employees had a attitude I guess she was management she snapped at the employees and was not very happy if you want to snap at a employees do it with out the customer around also I ordered a stuffed crust with pineapple ham and extra cheese stuffed crust was not a stuffed crust“
