“Don’t let the plain exterior fool you, this place is dope. Julianne greeted us with a smile and was an excellent host/server. They have Gluten free garlic cheesy bread as well as gluten free pizza crust that is fantastic. Had a couple of the specialty pizzas and am in heaven. Run, don’t walk to Merlins!“

“Our experience at FatBoys was outstanding! Madden, our server, quickly fixed the flickering lights, which was a huge relief for our autistic son. The hostess and team (Camille, Emma, Pam, and Emilee) were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was fantastic—we loved the steak and cheese eggrolls, the perfectly cooked bacon burger, and our son enjoyed the lumberjack burger. Everything was hot and delicious. Highly recommend!“

“UPDATE: Jet’s Pizza called me to apologize for the error and gave me a refund. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to make it right. I will try them again as the Veggie Deli Boat is definitely something that should be tried. **Orig: I ordered a Veggie Deli Boat, clearly No Meat! I received a meat loaded Deli Boat, I am unable to eat it due to dietary restrictions. I tried to call them back, but Nobody answers! I am visiting & cannot reach them for a new item or a refund. Very disappointing!“

I had an amazing experience at Zaxby’s, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the General Manager, Juju. She is absolutely incredible and truly sets the standard for what great leadership looks like.
From the moment I walked in, Juju’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. She runs the store with excellence, making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the people she serves.
The restaurant was spotless, organized, and had a great atmosphere. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered. The employees were friendly, respectful, and worked together so well, which is a direct reflection of Juju’s leadership. When a manager leads with kindness, energy, and high standards, it shows in every part of the business.
Juju went above and beyond to ensure everyone was satisfied, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She is hardworking, dedicated, and has an amazing ability to keep the store running smoothly even during busy times. Her passion for her job and her commitment to excellent customer service are truly inspiring.
It’s rare to come across a manager who cares this much and leads with such grace and confidence. Zaxby’s is lucky to have someone like Juju representing their brand. She deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every day.
I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent service, delicious food, and the welcoming environment that Juju and her team create.
