Great selection of meals with excellent presentation đ
đ„ Fire Thai Fusion lit up our nightâliterally and figuratively. Where else can you crush pad Thai and belt out âBohemian Rhapsodyâ five feet from a pool table? This place is like a Thai restaurant, a bar, and a karaoke party had a beautiful baby and raised it right.
Kinley, our bartender, deserves a raise, a medal, and possibly her own reality show. She kept our drinks flowing and our spirits even higher. Every single thing we ordered was so good I considered licking the plate⊠and I wasnât even the drunk one.
10/10 would returnâprobably still singing.
Fire Thai Fusion? More like Heaven Thai Fusion. I sat at the bar where the atmosphere alone is worth the trip. Banger music playing, a pool table, a dart board, and a chill vibe that makes you wanna cancel your evening plans and just post up here for hours.
Now letâs talk food. I ordered the Panang Curry (medium spice) and let me just say, I eat a lot of curry. Like, Iâm basically on a Thai food pilgrimage across Florida. And this⊠THIS was hands-down the best curry Iâve had in North Florida.
The sauce? Unreal. A rich, creamy, velvety dream perfectly balanced between spice and comfort. Every bite wrapped my taste buds in a warm coconut blanket and whispered sweet nothings of lemongrass, basil, and love. And unlike most spots that toss in sad, floppy strips of chicken, this curry had perfectly sliced, tender meat that soaked up the sauce like it was born to do so. Served with soft, steaming white rice to complete the masterpiece.
But the magic didnât stop at the plate.
Kinley!!!!! the queen behind the bar crafted me the best Moscow Mule Iâve ever had. Crisp ginger bite, just the right zing, minty and cold in that iconic copper mug absolute perfection. Sheâs not just good at what she does, sheâs a master. Sweet, attentive, and honestly? My favorite bartender in the entire U.S. No exaggeration.
If youâre anywhere near this place, get in your car and go. If youâre not near itâŠmove.
The food is amazing!! Iâve tried a few different dishes, my go to is the boom boom chicken right now. The staff is always friendly and happy, especially Remy and Ruby. The bar has a cool vibe with all the upgrades, and the bartender Kinley does a great job. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Itâs family and veteran owned and they seem to be very passionate and good to their staff.
I walked into Fire Thai Fusion randomly on 2 occasions- first on a day when on a local Facebook page they posted that there was free food for the owners birthday, and the second on Christmas as I needed some food to take to my Grandma and they were one of the only places open.
Now I work here, lol! But I wanted to talk about my experiences both as a customer and an employee. As a customer, I enjoyed my time, the ambiance, and the food. I thought it was awesome they gave away some meals, and didnât put a limit. It was Thai Basil and it was AMAZING. It is still my favorite dish there- the beef. The bar was really awesome to me and has an awesome sound system.
I was very happy when the family did hire me to bartend here, as I enjoyed the space. As an employee, I am even happier. I enjoy my coworkers very much. My employers, Mata, Aaron, and Yudi, have always treated me with respect and kindness. They are great employers who treat their staff with great care and this is hard to find! They do not do bare minimum, and care about their business and employees. The owners put tons of hours and physical labor into their restaurant. They do not just sit back and let others work for them, which is rare.
If you are someone who values how the staff is treated, respects owners that put in their own elbow grease, and love a unique and fun time, this is the place to be! We have the bar with great drinks, a happy hour on Saturday, and layers; a fog machine; and the best DJ booth in the panhandle;) This was built up, designed, and wired by the owners.
I go in on my days off for fun, and would 100% recommend this business- especially if you are into the speakeasy vibe. The bar isnât well known, and has its own unique vibe in relation to the restaurant side. I hope this review was helpful to you and reaches the right people!
When itâs good itâs probably the best Thai food in town but very inconsistent. I guess it depends whoâs cooking. Today I had fried rice hot, and it had no heat and it tasted like plain white rice with onions in it.
May be they were not having good day. Ok
This place is delicious. I haven't had a dish that I don't like. Kinley is awesome! She's a keeper. This place is super fun on Saturdays.
They should have stuck with the food truck. The food was fresh and more tasteful. Brick and mortar, the food tasted old, dry, and overcooked. I returned my food, and they gave us 3$ off the other plates, which were also dry and flavorless or burnt.
Portions are large, but prices are way too high. Hibachi can be expensive, but at least you get the show of them cooking it, same or higher price here without the show.

Papaya salad has inferior sauce with gluten. It should just be fish sauce and brown sugar. Most entrees should cone with a lime wedge. Good food and service.

Probably the most unique Thai restaurant I've been to. How often do you think you can get a pad Thai pizza? The menu is huge and so are the portions. 100% would go back to
