Visited Firehouse Subs on a Thursday for lunch with my wife and two kids (ages 9 and 17). We placed our order online for a 12:00 PM pickup, and everything was ready right on time when we arrived.

All the food was made correctly and fresh, except for one sub where we had requested light mayo—it came with quite a bit more than expected, almost like heavy mayo. Other than that, everything was delicious.

We ordered 2 salads and a hot sub tonight. And it was absolutely on-point. The most delicious salad i've had in a while thank you so much.

Food service was slow, 1 food service worker wasn't wearing head gear and 1 was wearing jewelry in his nose. You couldn't tell if he was dripping snot or sweat in the food. Great place to have some adult supervision.
