Pros: their "giant" is 16". 16"!! That's massive compared to Canada's 12" subway subs. French bread was fresh, even within an hour of closing. Cons: Could pass the opportunity to see how freaky fast Jimmy John's was - it was fast, but not freaky fast. :P
JJs has been my favorite sub sandwich shop for many years. Quality of ingredients is very good most times. The one negative I frequently run into is the sandwich makers often seem to go on auto pilot, and don't quite make items true to the given order specifications.

I come here quite frequently and Madison is always super nice and helpful. But the gentlemen named john not so much. Every single time he takes my order he is rude and has messed it up. He constantlyMakes weird comments that arnt needed and hes just down right weird. But overall I like this location and the service.
