Best experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The staff was super sweet to out whole family. Food was hot and served very fast! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Huge lack of customer service, wasn’t greeted or talked to at all when picking up my food. I usually don’t leave reviews because I also work in a fast food, and i come to this Mcdonald’s very often, but today’s service was like i didn’t exist at all. I said thank you and was kind and at no point did the employee at the pickup window acknowledge me.
Forgetting multiple items as always. Rude workers and terrible service.

McDonald's features a distinctive exterior design and decent service, but the inside can feel bland and uninviting. The restaurant has a few "do it yourself" kiosks and one register, with tables and chairs for customers. Food and drinks are delivered by staff members who often hide in the back, resulting in very little contact with employees, which some customers found unpleasant. Service can be quite slow, especially during busy times, and the staff may seem short-staffed or unhelpful. Despite these issues, the food is served hot and fresh, and the staff that work hard to keep up, like Tiasha and Naomi, demonstrate a strong work ethic and politeness under pressure. Customers appreciate their efforts, especially when the restaurant is busy. Overall, while the service might need improvement, the food quality remains good, and the staff who do their best are often friendly and accommodating.
