I pull up to the drive through and I ask for two McDoubles plain with a small fry and a large lemonade. Pretty fairly simple order right? Upon finishing reciting my order, i finish with a please & thank you to the female, (because being a kind person takes no effort), instead of saying “you’re welcome” I get told “just pull up to the window” with a pretty snarky attitude, I get to the window, she proceeds to snatch my card, swipe it, hands it back to me, I say thank you, and of course no response, and proceeds to walk away from the window without giving me my receipt. At this point I am a bit upset, and just want my food. Look I work in the food industry myself, more specifically a pretty big chain corporation, I understand that some days can be more overwhelming than most, but to completely treat everyone like garbage who walks into or drives through your establishment, is seriously the most upsetting thing ever.My advice is to go to the McDonalds on Mary Esther. I’ve never had issues with them, staff is always friendly, food is always fresh, and I NEVER have to wait more than at least 5-10 mins for my FRESH FOOD.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. No customer service whatsoever…. The women (meaning multiple) working there were so unfriendly and literally had absolutely zero personality. I could have received better customer service from a robot!

This location is one of the worst I have ever been to they make you pull up and wait for everything there no matter if there is not even a single customer just so they can keep their drive-through times down and look like they're doing a good job to whoever they report to and/ or to the corporation!-they are inefficient slow & rude and usually the food quality is bad along with all of that waiting and rudeness you have to put up with! Very terrible location avoid this one if you can -definitely don't go if youre in a hurry!

I have been eating it this particular McDonald's and others around Fort Walton Beach for years I came in today which is March 10th and they told me I could not get a refill on my drink that is not a good thing they just if that's what they're going to do here they just lost all my business !

Drive-thru was completely packed for 30 minutes. As we all waited for our food my food came out cold. The service through the drive-thru was rude. I was expecting better customer service and better food service. Being in the mecca of the industrial park. What's going on McDonald's?

I love Mc Donald's usually but this one is very flawed with it's service that it lacks. Again I'm there before 10:30 in the drive thru and again they tell me they are closed. I know better that that since I went across town to another McDonald's and sure enough they were open. The sign on both stores read the same open and closing hours. Management is allowing that at this place. It's unacceptable!

The food was raw. I went in for a refund. Someone had slipped and the staff was laughing and recording the person on their phones as emt was walking in. Disgraceful human behavior.
