Okinawa Japanese Steak & Seafood House

I got two sushi rolls and a plate of just plain noodles and spent over $60. Three items for over $60 is insane!

The noodles alone, with no add ons or meat, was $17. It tasted so odd and nothing like it should be.

The staff was nice but the food was not it.

I honestly don't know what happened to this place. It used to be so good a few years back.

Won't ever be coming back here.

We are tourist visiting & yesterday we tried Bamboo sushi bar for takeout hibachi & it wasn’t bad for $20 (2 people) It was a long day at the beach & we decided to try a different hibachi, over the phone this place is very polite, it was my fault for not asking the price but when we got there, $80 for two hibachi meals & rice & a drink & four extra sauces. We paid, got to our rental & it’s basic, nothing wowed us. Should’ve read reviews but was hungry & didn’t think much of it, thought $35-$40, but $80 seriously?stop overcharging for basic food. Tourist trap!

Haven’t had this great of Japanese food in a long time. Probably since I’ve been to Japan. Great place and excellent service!

I’m picky when it comes to my order. I like my sushi cut into smaller pieces and changes made to ingredients. I never have a problem with them being accommodating. ♥️

The food was great and the service was exceptional! We had a group of 18 and they set us at our own tables and had two chefs help us and we didn’t feel separated from the group.

I’ve been a customer here for many years. After tonight I don’t think I’ll be back. Was charged over $100 for my daughter who is 6 and I to share a meal. Not to mention the quality of the chef and the food has gone down as well.

This is one of my favorite places in Fort walton beach. I eat here regularly for the last several years. Everything from the hibachi to the sushi is always amazing. So many good sushi rolls to choose from. The service is always great!

Food was good the service was great and the restaurant was great but what wasn't great was the forced gratuity and the price of the food. I was thinking of going back despite the price but not anymore because of the forced gratuity that I don't think was advertised anywhere.

This is what the $34 of the “combination” meal gets you. Definitely not worth the price. Plus, they add an automatic 18% gratuity even if you’re sitting at a dining table and not getting the hibachi experience. The service was fine, but the food is not worth the price. I spent over $120 for 3 people during lunch and we all left hungry.
