Compared poorly to most places Very small nigiri sushi, smallest sashimi I've ever seen, rolls had an unwanted mayonnaise sauce, could not taste the fish, mandatory 18% gratuity regardless of party size. Hibachi chef show was a joke, no effort or skill with cooking tools, just banged the table a few times Very overpriced compared to value +18%. No thanks!

Very disappointed in the food quality for the price. Hibachi and sushi is poorly made and water taste like tap water.

Was greeted with a friendly hostess and seated promptly! Staff made the experience fun and inviting. My husband had the beef fried rice and I had the chicken yakisoba plate. Both meals were full of flavor and very savory. We will definitely be back!

We had a family reunion dinner at the Okinawa. The hibachi show was an amazing crowd pleaser and the food was so delicious!

We came here to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday and left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and honestly stunned by how the situation was handled.

During the hibachi performance, the chef threw an egg yolk directly at my son, which ruined his shirt. We were all caught off guard, we thought it was a joke at first, but he actually threw it. Even if my son tried to laugh it off, he’s still a kid, and the chef is the adult. It was completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior.

When we calmly brought it to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or offering to make things right, the chef and manager confronted my husband in a defensive and dismissive way. They refused to take my son’s meal off the bill, saying it was “too complicated,” and only gave us $15 in cash which didn’t even cover half of his meal. If you don’t know how to rekey a ticket, you probably shouldn’t work in customer service.

This was supposed to be a special night, and instead my son left embarrassed and our family left frustrated. We expected better from them.

We've been going here since they used to do appetizer/hibachi/ ice cream back in 2019. We love this place. The noodles are our favorite and we love that you never get cheated on food for the price. I hope they stay open forever.

My son asked for hibachi for his 8th birthday last night. After the waitress took our order I told her it was his birthday and she asked how old he was. I told her and then she looked at my daughter and asked how old she was. She told her 10. Then the waitress looks at me and says she can’t order the kids meal and she needs to order an adult meal for $30. Keep in mind my daughter is small and around 75lbs. It was sneaky and tasteless to pull a money grab while trying to notify her of my son’s birthday. We ended up sharing a meal with an additional $20 sharing charge. All of the portions were the exact same size including the adult and kid portions. Every other hibachi place we’ve eaten at the portions have been large enough for left overs. No one had left overs besides the gross thousand island/soy sauce tossed noodles. They also included an 18% gratuity for our party of 4. Overall, do not eat here. It was $150 for 3 full meals and tiny portions. As a Niceville local we will not be eating here again and letting our community know as well.

Way over priced. $150 for a two adults and two kids, with no alcohol.
Mediocre food at best with small portions. Services was on point, as it should be since you pay 18% gratuity added on.
