Absolutely horrible management/customer service! I ordered by phone at 6:15 and was told 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived, the front doors stated if you were picking up, go through the drive thru. Sat in the drive thru line for 30+minutes and watched 3 cars ahead of me drive away with NOTHING while several cars behind me pulled off. I arrive at the window, only for a “manager” DAWN to walk up and tape a sign that read “window closed sorry” without so much as a word even...read full review
