Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ! Rooms were old and run down very nasty ! This place is very over priced for the atmosphere. We were unable to stay our entire trip and forget getting a refund because the front desk associates were very unhelpful !!! Will not ever be back !!!!
nice view BUT roaches were in the room! on the 3rd floor! n when I went n complained the jerk at the counter did nothing. even left the dnd sign off while we were gone n no one cleaned either. Will never stay here again. then their solution was a 10 % discount! I got video for the next person they hire to say its a dead fly too. also they are not a member of BBB for a reason.
I am a repeat guest at this hotel, which I absolutely adore. We consistently book a gulf view room, granting us unparalleled proximity to the beach and access to two pools. The pools are heated and equipped with an ample supply of lawn chairs for relaxation. Notably, the pools were never crowded during our stay.
