We recently visited this Honduran food truck and had an exceptional experience! The service was warm and friendly, from the welcoming ladies taking orders to the talented cooks preparing the meals. We tried the baleadas with beans, eggs, and crema, and they were simply outstanding! We also indulged in the tajadas con carne asada, which were absolutely delicious. The food was delicious! We ordered the fried fish which came with a side of cabbage salad, rice, beans, plantain chips, slice of cheese and avocado. My family was extremely satisfied and felt like we were back home in Honduras.
