“Went through drive thru and Rhiana was very pleasant and patient as we changed our order several times. Additionally. When asked to speak to her manager and she didn’t know it was to compliment her to her Manager, she got her manager who was also very pleasant and efficient in helping us ( managers name started with an SH and wish I could recall now that we’re home but didn’t want to not acknowledge both employees .“
“It’s Taco Bell so you get what you get. Low cost fast food. It was really slow here so I do t know if they are short staffed or what, but you can tell in my quesadilla that they didn’t even attempt to make quality cuts, which is a pride in your work kind of thing, oh well.
