We had the absolute pleasure of eating at The Rican Vegan during Food Truck Friday, and wow, what an experience! Our daughter Penelope is a picky eater, but she was hooked after one bite of the rice and beans. We also ordered the nachos, and they were to die for. Only eat the BBQ if you never want to eat pulled pork again. It's so good you'll be forcing yourself to save a sample to take to a food testing agency for confirmation that it is in fact vegan!
