Wendy's is a kid-friendly restaurant with friendly employees who take the time to chat with customers. The food is always hot and correct, with the right amount of condiments. The biggie bag is a great deal, but some customers have noted that the fries are often cold. The burgers are always fresh, but the chicken may be a letdown. Despite some challenges, the staff is amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate customers with disabilities and remaining kind even in the face of rudeness.
