This McDonald's location may be pricier compared to others, but the service is pleasant, with clean surroundings and polite staff. Some customers have noted inconsistencies, like chocolate shakes tasting more like vanilla and inaccurate opening hours. Despite this, the food quality remains consistent over the years. The Spicy Sausage & Egg McMuffin is a favorite among customers, praised for its great level of spice and delicious flavor. The hashbrowns are also noted for being crispy and cooked to perfection. It is recommended to double-check the operating hours before visiting to avoid any inconvenience. The morning service is efficient and quick, even with multiple cars in the drive-thru. The store is clean, and staff is polite, making it one of the best McDonald's experiences. However, some issues like a hair found in a biscuit and gravy or delays at the register can occur. Most employees are great, though occasionally a younger staff member may have a bad attitude. Some customers have had problems with the McDonald's app, describing it as a "boat anchor." Online ordering is preferred, which can be inconvenient for travelers. Overall, this McDonald's is recommended for those passing through, especially if they experience the friendly service from staff members like Olivia Kelly.
