Delicious treats! Ron & Maddie provided exceptional guest service and even gave my pup a sweet pup cup! Best Italian ice in the area!

Great soft ice cream and water ice

This place tastes great and has a nice atmosphere. The only bummer for us was that they only had one staff member working and it got busy fast, this didn’t affect the quality of the product, but he was inundated with orders and could’ve used help. I enjoyed this place more than other ice cream joints because of the dairy free options (I’m lactose intolerant) and because it has a cool vibe with a wooden rustic interior. Much warmer than the other ice cream places which I find to be cold and a little sterile.

Staff friendly and helpful. The kids loitering and the scooters parked right at the door were a nuisance and they were not patronizing the business. Loud and obnoxious… staff tried their best to move them along but only received attitude in return.

Went for a milkshake to this lovely place on a Friday night. Family oriented spot on the Racetrack Rd in St Johns. Variety of flavors to pick from. Will definitely be back at the earliest opportunity.

I took my son to Cool Eddy’s today for our first time. I’m so glad I searched for new ice-cream/gelato/ Italian ice shops to try! It’s super cute inside. I absolutely loved everything about this place. The Cool Eddy decor is adorable. Lucy helped us today and was super sweet. She told me it’s locally owned which was great to hear. I wish I would have known about it sooner! My son said it’s way better than Jeremiah’s! I also liked that it’s extremely clean inside. We will be regulars here now for sure and I will make sure to tell others about it! Good job Cool Eddy’s! 👏👍

Cool Eddy's is the ultimate spot for a sweet treat! The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and always fresh. My son loves strawberry italian ice. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is fun and relaxed. Great prices and generous scoops. Definitely a local favorite!
