The experience left me feeling ill and aggravated. The service was slow. Our food took a really long time to come out. My omelette was raw and covered in oil on the inside. The waitress was inattentive. And there was a roach crawling around in the ladies room. I asked to speak to a manager and I waited. After a few minutes I left. I came back and did express my disappointment to a manager. He took my receipt and promised me a 50% refund. I waited. He never came back out and I left. Skip this place. It’s gross.

Horrendous take out experience. Waited 40 mins longer than eta with little communication of status finally got it and went home to find it was cold and missing half of ingredients. Spoke with Austin who seemed great and said would refund but never received it a week later

Total experience was great!!! Our server Tamaya was great. She offered suggestions and checked on us to make sure we were ok and that the food was OK. She suggested different foods that we should try. She had a pleasant and welcoming smile. Any and everything that we needed she was more than happy to accommodate for us. Maya made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to be here. Everything about this place was EXCEPTIONAL. Will definitely be back.

Decided to given another try to this restaurant, after having a less than savory first experience. Let me start off by saying, our server Marlon, was amazing, and very apologetic. In regards to the food, the beignets are the best menu item we’ve had in both times eating here. The food is not very well prepared, or appetizing to say the least.

A person in my party ordered the Blackstone Benedict, and was very disappointed by both the appearance, and the taste. It looked like it had been sitting, the hollandaise had crusted up, and the egg was not poached or runny.

The grits had a smoky taste that was not appetizing. The majority of the food almost comes off as dry and lacking seasoning and flavor.

Aside from the food, it took a very long time to get our food. There were parties that came in before us, that had not been served by the time we were. Even once the food did come, there were still items missing.

I would not recommend this location, unless there are some significant changes to both the food and efficiency of service times.

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Black Hat Diva Brunch held at Broken Egg. The service was outstanding, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff who took such great care of us. Their kindness and dedication made our time there even more special. Hats off to them!

Another Broken Promise: A Second Disappointing Visit

I gave Another Broken Egg a second chance after a rough first experience, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they hadn’t.

The Hash Brown Benedict looked promising, and the croquette was tasty—but the eggs were refrigerator cold. Stiff, cold yolks with watery thawing egg whites beneath. Staff apologized and offered to fix it, but I declined, knowing reheated eggs wouldn’t yield warm, golden, dippy yolks. I swapped for bacon, which was chewy and underwhelming.

What really stood out was the lack of proactive customer service. I had to ask for a bill adjustment, and the manager’s response felt grudging and dismissive rather than helpful.

A little goodwill would have gone a long way. I won’t be returning.
