This is one of 5 boba places on the street so I'll just do a run down of all 5 to help you choose.1. Frosty Fox - Best drinks but limited menu and space inside the shop.2. Tiger Sugar- Not bad but not worth going out of your way for.3. Tea Bestea- Best for food, drinks are just ok.4. Kung Fu Tea- Most variety but also big corporate chain5. Frosty fox is the cutest little study spot. It’s such a chill place with great WiFi and delicious drinks and desserts. My one complaint is that it is a little hot in there but other than that I love this place.

This place is soooo cute! It has a modern aesthetic, some casual seating and an area to study at the back. I haven’t managed to find a seat at the study area yet, but I would love to hole up here to study! The egg puddle was amazing - I’m pretty sure the owner made ours since he was so detail-oriented and professional about it. Delicious!
