I placed a mobile order for a French Dip, Medium Fry, and Chicken Cordon Bleu. When I arrived, my order had not even been started. I then waited another 10 minutes, only to receive one sandwich—the French Dip. I had to bang on the drive-thru window just to get the attention of an employee. After informing her of the missing items, she disappeared for another 10 minutes before finally returning with the rest of my order.
When I arrived home, every single item was ice cold—not warm, not slightly cooled, but ice cold. The food was in such unacceptable condition that I saved it in a zip-lock bag to return to the store. The cheese on the French Dip was completely unmelted, and the Chicken Cordon Bleu was missing cheese entirely. This is not only a quality issue—it is a food safety concern. Hot food must be served hot to remain safe for consumption, yet your staff showed no regard for even the most basic standards.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of leadership I witnessed. The manager was sitting in the office on his cell phone, clearly visible from the drive-thru, offering no oversight, no direction, and no support to his team. It is extremely concerning that employees felt comfortable serving food in this condition and showed no urgency, care, or professionalism throughout the entire process. I placed the food in a zip lock bag as it will be returned to the store.
Based on what I experienced Saturday night, this location has serious operational failures, a disregard for food safety, and a clear absence of effective leadership. These issues require immediate attention.

The food was ok but the restrooms were out of order. In my opinion only I believe when the restrooms are closed because they need to be fixed or repaired, they should have to lock the doors to the store they are located in and not be able to open until they are fixed. This was in Gainesville, Florida

Tried to get something to eat on the way to work, pulled in drive thru at 9:28pm and no answer through the drive thru, so went to go inside to order and doors locked @ 9:33pm and it says they close at 10pm

The atmosphere is nice but the manager made the whole experience worthwhile. Definitely should get a raise for the service I experienced today. Top notch that I will never forget . These people go above and beyond for their customers and should be rewarded for it. They made me feel at home and so welcome I forgot I was in a fast food restaurant. I was planning on getting food to go but after the service I decided to to stay and was completely blown away. 20 stars out of 5

We ordered a Rueben and a Beef-n-Cheddar, no fries, no drinks. $14 for two cold sandwiches!!! The rueben wasn't toasted or grilled at all. All contents were cold. The corned beef may have been 'somewhat warm' when it was placed on the bread but definitely not above the minimum temp for food service standards. It was a cold corned beef sandwich and didn't taste bad, so I ate it. The BnC was also barely warm and the bun was stale. But the wife's cutting down on bread so she just ate the cheese sauce and roast beef which also did not seem to have been kept above the minimum temp for food service standards. We both had sour stomachs by the time we got home. Drive thru employee was friendly. As for atmosphere, not really their fault but this intersection is a major panhandling area. As we started to eat in the parking lot we had people come stand by the car and try to get our attention. I have no plans to ever eat at this location ever again.
Recently moved to Gainesville and I had to leave a review to say this Arby’s has such kind and pleasant staff!! Which seems to be hard to find in the area. Thank you!!
