We came there late after a Gator softball game at 10pm with no knowledge of Arby’s being closed, my daughter wanted Dairy Queen. The worker started yelling and acting completely out of line because we sat in the Arby’s chairs saying that we were disrespecting the place as they were closed- extremely rude staff!

Food poisoning.. had an Arby’s beef and cheddar. Within 15 to 30 minutes I had been vomiting. The sandwich tasted funny, and I even commented to my husband that it tasted funny as I was eating it.Be very leery. Make sure the sandwiches are fresh.

I am from across the country and am staying here in GAINSVILLE , FLORIDA at a nearby hotel I the area of the Arby's on Archer Rd. I went into the restaurant at approximately 8:20 and there was an employee right there in the dining room putting chairs up on the tables and someone in the back walking around. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes and no one came up to me or said a word to me. I said to the guy in the lobby with the chairs that I did not realize they closed so early, he said nothing to me. I went next door to the convenience store to grab some chips and a cake which was my dinner not Arby's which is my favorite fast food. I mentioned to the clerk that I was surprised how early Arby's closes on the East Coast. She said oh no they should be opened until 10:00 pm. I was very disappointed and kind of upset when I was told they were open and how I was totally ignored and they saw me standing there. WOW!! UNBELIEVABLE!!Kid-friendliness: Awfully rude just ignored my presence for 10 min and I walked out speaking to the employee in the dining room and he said no one word to me that they were open when I told him I did not realize they were closed.

Love when you go into a place of business & the people who work there like their job. We travel & come across a lot of locations of all different restaurants. Very rarely do we come across one that the whole crew is friendly. The cashier I believe her name was Treena was very friendly & polite.

I got a market fresh Reuben sandwich and a gyro sandwich. I asked for the sauce on the side and I asked for one of the sandwiches to be a meal. I wish I would have gotten a receipt when I used my debit card because not only was there no sauce on the side but the manager spotted the fact that the French fries had been only filled halfway inside of the carton. When he saw this he immediately went into the back and filled up the little carton with french fries. What he failed to do was check the temperature of the fries. The fries were as cold as if they had just come out of the refrigerator not out of the deep fryer meaning they had probably been sitting there for several hours. I can excuse a lot but this is pure negligence. This is the reason why I stopped eating fast food a long time ago. This was my first time into a fast food restaurant in about 15 years. This negative reinforcement means I will never ever eat at Arby's or any other fast food restaurant for that matter...!

Vanilla soft serve instead of strawberry shake. In stead of just saying they didn’t have it and asking if I wanted something else. Fries were good, sandwich needed more meat.
Just go to chic fil a instead. My 3rd time trying to get lunch here and they’ve messed my order up every time.11/13/23. Why do they ask for your order when they just give you what they want to give you?

I was the only car in the drive thru, I had to say hello to get any response to order.Simple request… atleast I thought.Number 2: Regular roast beef w curly fries, half sweet/ half unsweet tea and an apple turnover. Small please.Them: medium or large?Me: Okay… medium.Pull around, again NOONE in line w me. Wait…Them: Do you want sauce? Yes, just one Arby’s sauce please.Them: Here you go. No sauce right?Me: No, I’d like one Arby’s sauce please.Them: handful of sticky Arby’s sauce packets in my bag w cold fries and DOUBLE meat Roast Beef (which I didn’t realize at first) NO apple turnover.Me: honking and waving into an empty window for a good 3-4 minutes. Then finally she sees me.Oh, I thought I gave it to you?Me: No, no apple turnover.As I drive away, my food is stone cold, my hands are sticky from the Arby’s sauce packs and I realize I am charged for a DOUBLE meat sandwich I didn’t request. Gazing in my cup…. We’ll see for yourself.Stopped in all because I had just gotten out of the hospital, I didn’t feel good, I was hungry and ready to get on the road back home to Georgia. Their new steak sandwich is good, and I'm from Philly so I know steak sandwiches. Server calls me by name when I go to place order. Nice, friendly touch. Seating is limited but adequate. Located in gas station so not much aesthetics.Parking: Busy gas station and parking is limited in front with two other stores located inside.
