Fast-moving, friendly staff. Only place in Gainesville to get a decent bagel. Flavorful, chewier than any other bagel offered in this town. I don't know if the bagels are boiled first because it would 💔 if I found out they weren't. (A bagel that's not boiled is just a round piece of bread with a hole in it.) Not quite NY sized but substantial. Generous with the toppings (try the whole wheat everything or spinach everything), a little stingy with the cream cheese. I buy a container of flavored cream cheese and prepare my bagel at home. Buy enough to freeze if you don't live on that side of town. The day olds are the best deal! Get an orange punch card so you can get a discount when it's full. Good coffee too!

Bagel Bakery is a solid local spot worth visiting. While the bagels can be hit or miss—sometimes outstanding, sometimes just okay—the variety of flavorful cream cheeses and spreads really stands out. Their baked goods are consistently phenomenal and make up for any inconsistency in the bagels themselves. From sweet treats to savory options, there's always something delicious to try. Overall, a 4/5 for me—definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

The bagels were huge with generous filling of cream cheese. My girlfriend and I got two bagels but we're both full after only a half bagel.

I was completely disappointed by my experience with bagel bakery. Not sure who was making sandwiches 6/19 @1:31pm, but they need to be trained again. My wrap was quite literally thrown into the to go bag, I requested mustard and mayo, neither was put on it, and my bacon on my wrap was under cooked. Worst $14.41 spent to date. Not to mention we were treated like we came into the restaurant after hours.

Mid.
Bagel was a bit under done and doughy.
Under toasted.
Great atmosphere. The day olds section is cool.
It is worth going to try!

I went in there an hour before they closed and got the best onion bagel of my life. I've been to New York City dozens of times, and these bagels are better than the ones I've had in NYC. Toasted to perfection on the outside and soft on the inside. The cream cheese was soft and perfect. I loved it so much that I bought a tub to go and a bunch of bagels. I definitely will be back. Staff is extremely nice.

The menu looks so good so much to choose from! Wish these bagels were more fresh especially when this is a treat for us, I'm not sure what they're doing in Fort Pierce but their bagels are so soft, and crunchy outside the perfect combination I wish I could experience the same here, i will say the foccaia egg spinach was delicious and the Italian turkey was excellent. They both were fantastic, the coffee bar options were incredible and coffee was superb.

Maybe I’m biased because it’s my favorite bagel shop but the staff is friendly and the bagels are the best in Gainesville! Also, the new pumpkin and strawberry bagels are amazing

Bagel sandwiches are always delicious and made fresh. The people are great. Even if there are long lines during the weekend, it's always worth the wait.
