I went to Beef 'O' Brady's this past Thursday, and was very pleased with my experience. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waitress was extremely helpful. I tend to be very indecisive when ordering food, but the waitress eliminated my conflict by giving excellent recommendations. The food was very satisfying; I definitely suggest trying their shrimp tacos if your looking for a nice, warm dish with a satisfying crunch and mild flavor. Would definitely recommend Beef 'O' Brady's to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

Inexperienced server. Just not where it use to be. The chicken wings however was good. But when you have to go up 3 times to get refills and then have them tell you well it's lunch time... humm yes indeed it is. This is my lunch hour too.

Love Beef's! The servers are all really patient and kind (and great with kids), and the management really cares about your satisfaction. If you're looking for an affordable place to eat and relax while watching a game or being with family/friends, this is a great place to be!

After a secondary visit, the experience was far different. Upon learning of the original experience, the GM, Manager, and staff were very apologetic and went above and beyond to offer a "make it right". Restaurants all have off-days. Shift change, call outs, emergencies... Anything can happen. What matters in business, is how these situations are handled. The staff and GM of this location made it known that they stand tall for their customers. Every detail that was found in error during the first visit, was double checked during this visit and the manager was very interested in hearing all if the details so that "they could improve and provide better service". This is the Beef O' Brady's I have known and loved over the years. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and personable. I would definitely recommend this location, and I'll certainly be returning soon!

BOB's used to be just "alright" it seems that the changed up their menu a bit and renovated the inside of the restaurant. Now this is "the place" to get great food and good service.
