I went to Beef 'O' Brady's this past Thursday, and was very pleased with my experience. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waitress was extremely helpful. I tend to be very indecisive when ordering food, but the waitress eliminated my conflict by giving excellent recommendations. Love Beef's! The servers are all really patient and kind (and great with kids), and the management really cares about your satisfaction. If you're looking for an affordable place to eat and relax while watching a game or being with family/friends, this is a great place to be!
After a secondary visit, the experience was far different. Upon learning of the original experience, the GM, Manager, and staff were very apologetic and went above and beyond to offer a "make it right". Restaurants all have off-days. Shift change, call outs, emergencies... Anything can happen. What matters in business, is how these situations are handled.
