This place su<ks service is completely useless you guys should have someone with no attitude taking care of the clients and I ask for a bowl with 2 proteins, I even told the lady I pay extra or sell me a side of protein and she didn’t want she said the restaurant won’t let her do that I will never recommend this place first time and I guess last time, incredible I even lost my appetite!

Good place to grab some noodles ?
Sushi is hit or miss ? Have had some really good ones and others were comparable to gas station sushi.

Haven't really tried anything else, so not sure about the rest of the menu.

The tables seems to have a 50% chance you get one that is sticky. Out of 4 times I've dined in, two were that way. And it wasn't busy.

Workers are pleasant to interact with.

Bathrooms are fairly clean.

Not the best!!! Ordered a Hibachi bowl with fried rice, steak and shrimp. Paid ALOT for a bowl and unfortunately they got the order wrong, giving me chicken and steak instead, and it wasn’t that great. Didn’t find out it was wrong until I got home since it was a to-go order.

Sad because I used to love Bento. It may be better just to go to Chipotle next door where you can make sure they make it right if this place can’t get it right.

We were surprised to see the sign when we went to pay that you are a cashless establishment. We will never eat here again. Unacceptable.

Service is awful. I waited 50 minutes for one entree, and it wasn’t even busy inside. The employee repeatedly told me that it would be out in “10-15 minutes”, but it wasn’t.

Be prepared to WAIT. All Bentos seem to be plagued by slow service but this one seems to be slower than the typical Bento. Staff have no hustle, no urgency, no sense that people shouldn’t be waiting 45-60 minutes for takeout of one single dish. Food is decent to good but not worth the wait they put you through.

This restaurant used to have better quality sushi. They have downsized the amount of food they serve you and gone up on prices. Very overpriced for the amount they give. I can find the same quality stuff at winndixie or publix for half the price. Do not recommend!!!

Slowest kitchen staff ive seen

This place has great food, it’s in a great spot and the service is really good! It’s a bit dirty inside, though, and really warm. If it was cleaned up more and had a better temp set on the thermostat it would have been better!

Have been a customer for years and they’ve had their issues intermittently but over the past month the service and quality have absolutely nose dived. I’d avoid this place like the plague. Every time I order take out they forget at least one whole entree.

This place needs to address there broken AC as I wouldn’t want to eat inside the restaurant until it is fixed. This has been going on for months and is most definitely not fair to the employees working inside this heat. We live in Florida, AC is crucial especially during one of the hottest years on record. BENTO NEEDS TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF THIER FACILITY AND THERE EMPLOYEES. How does bento expect to make a great experience with customers and retain employees without a working AC. I’m speechless. Do the right thing and fix it.
