Corporate has absolutely no direction. when you start promoting employees who don't have the decency to call the manager to open the store. you failed as a district manager and a operations manager. you know who I'm talking about James M. I would like to express how disappointed I am in my experience tonight at your store. Being the fifth car in line I expected a little wait , I went to drive thru to my left since no one was there I was then informed over the speaker that the line was closed which was no problem I pulled through bay to place walk up order.
