The workers stand and talk for minutes while there’s orders waiting to be called out. I watched my order sit on the counter for 5 minutes, and multiple others, before being called because they were too busy standing in a circle talking instead of working. There’s a ton of busy college students on a time crunch that don’t have the time to stand around and wait for them to finish the conversation that shouldn’t even be happening.

This Chick-fil-A stands out for its consistency. The restaurant is spotless, the staff are well-trained, and the food always tastes fresh. I love how they handle customer service—quick, polite, and professional. The mac and cheese and chicken strips were delicious. A solid go-to for lunch or dinner.

Everything was delicious and hot. I've never been to any locations and was not disappointed. Keep up the great work guys

this is slow food not fast food. 8/10 times, it takes more than 15mins to get my burger

the worst chicfila. typical chicfila’s are always busy, but with speedy service. This one takes 30 minutes to get you a chicken biscuit when it’s not even class change time, meaning they have few orders.

My order was botched twice. Once I was given the wrong food and the second time the self checkout kiosk ended up giving me grilled nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich.

The place is horrible. Waited 20 minutes no food. People who ordered 10 minutes after me got there order. So at the 20 minute mark I told them I want my money back. Not even an apology from the manager. If you people don't like working there move on. I can't give a low enough rating.
