The place is horrible. Waited 20 minutes no food. People who ordered 10 minutes after me got there order. So at the 20 minute mark I told them I want my money back. Not even an apology from the manager. If you people don't like working there move on. I can't give a low enough rating.

We ate here recently on a game day. Chick-fil-A should revoke the license. We had to work the computer to order. It is practically self-serve. The staff had to do nothing but deliver the food. They were in slow motion. No one smiled. No one cared. They were not rude. They just did not care. When I saw one woman ask for a refill, the worker replied nonchalantly, "We don't do that." The food took a long time to arrive. And I have seen THIS Chick-fil-A much busier. We were early and it was not that crowded. The staff just did not care. I paid 25 cents for a cup of ice...and I got the little kiddie cup. At least if you are charging for ice, give it in a medium cup.

Complete chaos behind the counter. Got my order checked it before I left. Had someone else’s order went back. Went back had them correct the order still when I received the order was missing a sandwich.. went back second time they added the sandwich which was terrible sandwich. Plus, they gave me a bottle of water that would not stand straight kept falling over. And to top it off, they charged me $9.09 per sandwich that was seven dollars at any other Chick-fil-A. Don’t know if it’s because it’s inside the hospital around the side but I’ll never return because this is my second visit and the second time they do the same thing , they need to be more organized in the back of the house I won’t be returning ever ever.

Horrible service. Super slow. Guys in the back barley working. The one guy making food complaining, singing and talking the whole time. The other guy in the back looks lost with the mop. Don't come here for breakfast.

Quite possibly the most poorly-managed business on the campus. They have a guy bagging orders and placing them on a table next to the expo station. Waits for about 50 people to form a crowd waiting around, THEN, with no urgency whatsoever, starts calling out people’s names in a low, almost whispering tone. Multiple other workers are laughing and talking to each other, and a poor older lady has to take over for this guy and start yelling out orders. Absolutely pitiful.

Horrible service took so long. There was no sense of urgency and workers just stood around. It took forty minutes to get my food and made me late to class :(

By far the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. 3/5 times they give you no sauce. Usually you’ll wait 10-15ish minutes for your food, but there’s about a 1/4 chance that you’ll wait 45 minutes and they’ll still mess up your order somehow. If you order a sandwich it’s a 50/50 whether or not you’ll get pickles. If you order a salad that comes with toppings in a bag on the side you will literally never receive them. They also don’t ever want to check to make sure your order is being made even if you tell them you’ve been waiting 40 minutes. They just assume the system they’re running is so infallible that no mistakes could ever be made. I’m a sophomore and I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for my food at least 5 times, even having to cancel my order and get a refund after about 70 minutes one time because they wouldn’t make a new order slip. they just figured that it would turn up somewhere and that it hadn’t been lost, even though about 100 people had come and gotten their food in the time we were waiting. If you don’t have a meal plan with flex, it’ll almost always be worth it to just go to the Standard Chick-Fil-A

As expected of an on campus chick fil a, it's always packed, especially around the lunch and dinner rush times (noon and 5-7pm, respectively). The food is great, and is probably better than some chick fil a locations that I've visited, but the wait is sometimes pretty extensive. Workers often forget sauces for your order, but are more than happy to grab some for you if you ask, so I can't hold it against them. Also, if you have a meal plan, a swipe can be used to account for ~$7 of a purchase, once daily, which is nice for unlimited meal plans.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten is the main one I know of, as the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, and the grilled nuggets are cooked in a dedicated area to avoid contamination.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to all main entrances, though the ordering screen may be a bit high to reach from a wheelchair.

I have ventured to this location frequently over the past year and the service somewhat made up for the long line. However as of very recently, the service that i have received from the new service worker that hads out the food and calls names of the customers has been horrible. Her name begins with an A and she appears to be indian or middle eastern. She doesn't offer sauce, greet you with a smile, or attempt to move with pace to help the people preparing drinks. Worst of all, she can been seen vividly staring down customers and giving us dirty looks when we ask her for anything. Please have someone address this as soon as possible, she has ruined my last two trips to this location.
