Honestly I don't know what the hype is all about with this place. The guy who took my order was so depressing I felt like I was talking to a completely deaf guy. Food was so dry it tasted like I had a mouthful of sand and the only thing that was actually good was the side salad and shake. This place needs to be replaced with a Raising Cane's here instead of a Chick fil A.

Drive thru is so personal I felt the need to give atmosphere a 5 star. They come to you-make it easy to decide and payment without stress. Wait time was almost zero! Without a doubt the food was fabulous as always.

If you need fresh cooked food, lol no further. One of the only places where everything is done fresh…. You may not see but 6 to 10 people up front but there can be another 20 cooking and prepping to make everything fresh and delicious… So beside being the most fresh and best, they have some of the nicest and well mannered employees so remember that when they are busy and you have an attitude….. don’t!!!!! So try some of. The new items that just came out and use that app for free product. This is a great place to eat and enjoy with your family…2 locations here on Archer….

I just left the drive through line upset. I get to the drive thru line at 10:27am I spoke to a young gentlemen that said you made the line for breakfast. I sat in that line for an additional 10 minutes watching the other employees take every one else’s order behind me- nobody took my order it was already 10:40. He comes back around & I asked AGAIN ARE YOU SERVING BREAKFAST?! He ran back inside the restaurant to ask he says yes that’s fine. I ordered chicken minis & some yogurt. I get to the window & a lady yells “we sold out get something else or refund her” polite gentleman let me know the issue. I asked for a refund. That’s ridiculous. I specifically got in line for breakfast & wasted my time. I should’ve gotten a discount from the start since I waited.
Everytime I’m here I’m not satisfied. Chick fil a in the mall is so much better. Customer Service here is not up to par

This Chick-fil-A constantly surprises me by how well they have there act together. Chick-fil-A as an organization is one of the more together fast food chains out there, complete with other chains trying to imitate their customer service. Even with that being true, this location has regularly surpassed my expectations with their service, quality of food, and the attitude the employees project for their guests. Not every day in a fast food reataraunt is perfect, but these folks have exponentially more good days than bad. Our food came out hot and fresh, and with our crew, we had a lot of variety in our order. Our wait time for our order was short given the line wrapped around the reataraunt. This location will definitely be on our list when we stop for a quick bite as we head out of Gainesville.

One star because they only have paper straws and plastic everything else - plastic utensils that come in plastic wrap, plastic lined fry and nuggets boxes, and plastic salad containers. Seems backwards.
Eat chick fil a alot. Was not up to standards. Service was very slow biscuits over cooked and minis didn't taste right. Maybe just a off day
