Of all the locations I visit, this one consistently has the smallest portions. Food consistently isn’t as good as other locations. I don’t think I will be returning to this one. Service is normally sub-par here too. They seem incapable of bringing out online orders and putting them on the shelf where customers can get them- and when you ask about your order the staff acts like its an imposition. MEANWHILE, YOUR COMPLETED ORDER IS JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER IN THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT. WHY??? There are at least 40-50 other restaurants within 1/2 mile of this one- I’d suggest finding something else. Its disappointing that Chipotle would allow this store to remain open and operate like it does.

No line and yet they rushed me through and were very impatient. Please stock the basics or at least let the customer know when you are out of something before the ordering begins. This was my second and last time to come here.

We were skimped on our food, getting very little rice and beans in our burrito and burrito bowl. This left my bowl soupy and not filling because most of it was sour cream and guacamole. My boyfriends burrito was cold. When I asked for water cups the cashier failed to provide them. After going back up to the counter to ask for water cups she pointed to a possibly used stand alone cup upside down on the counter so the rim was touching the surface. I told her we needed two and she set a water cup next to the customer who was about to pay instead of handing it to me and he passed me the cup. I did not take the dirty water cup and we made do with one.

Literally disgusting. Cashier digging lids that fell into the food bins with bare hands after handling money, food splattered everywhere, the bathroom looked like a war movie, and so much more. Don’t go here I hope I don’t get sick.

I am extremely disappointed with the state of this Chipotle location. The place is filthy and unsanitary, with flies constantly buzzing around inside. The floors and tables are consistently dirty, and there is a horrible smell that makes it very unpleasant to be inside. Despite giving this location several chances, my experience has been consistently terrible. My order is either not ready on time or completely messed up. On two separate occasions, I even found hair in my meal, which was absolutely disgusting. This location used to be clean and well-maintained a few years ago, but now it's in terrible shape. I’m genuinely concerned about how this place passes health inspections. Until they make serious improvements, I won’t be coming back.

I came to this chipotle at 6:52pm on 10/12/24 to order dinner. I ordered a veggie bowl and the girl who made my bowl did not tell me there were no veggies available due to the hurricane. when I started looking for veggies she seemed annoyed that I did not know the situation chipotle was going through and rolled her eyes at me. I was charged full price for a bowl with rice and lettuce. On top of that, I was given attitude by this girl. Chipotle in archer road, DO BETTER. (as someone who worked in fast food, I know some days are hard but it should be all about the customer experience.)

TL; DR: This place is broken. I don't think anyone cares to fix it. Don't give it a chance, go literally anywhere else.

I keep telling myself that if I go back, it'll be better. It never is. I give it a chance every 3 months or so and it's always terrible. I'm not exaggerating, every time I go in there is my worst experience at a restaurant or store that month.

The people are always inattentive or act annoyed that they have to be helping you. They also eat their own food in the kitchen over food that's supposed to go to customers which is a HUGE health hazard. I even saw one girl doing that, locked eyes with her, and she turned her back to me so I couldn't see her doing it.

The food bar is just cross contamination central and the employees don't seem to care.

The last time I got a mobile order from there the food was ENTIRELY wrong, which means they put my lid on the wrong order. That's happened before. They also made it for mobile orders that you have to pick them up directly from the cashier cause too many people were stealing and the cashier DOES NOT want that job.

The pans were filthy look like they weren't changed. The soda machine was about empty. Then the drinks in the little things to the side were empty.. No napkins, no lids. They put your cups in the bag w your food. The guy at the register had an accident and was very rude. To top it off while they are out of everything no vegis no guacamole etc the Manager was outside on the phone sitting at a table. She should of f been inside taking care of her customers. The guys cooking took about 30 min to mix the rice w the seasonings and put it out. Talking the whole time pretty much doing absolutely nothing. Can't offer much on choices below ? because nothing was available.

The employees are neglectful of and abusive towards DoorDash orders and drivers. Food is never on time and employees act is though asking about orders or expecting any service is an inconvenience for them.

Been here about 60 times in the last 4 months. Used to love this location, but now it has become a consistent disappointment.

The best: the guacamole and the veggies. For some reason, they taste super fresh here.

The good: Food tastes great 70% the time.

The bad: Guacamole and veggies are constantly out of stock. Wait times for mobile app order pickups have become 40+ minutes. No courtesy update, no letting me know how much more time the order will take when delayed, and no utensils in the bag even when the sticker says utensils are included. Inconsistent service with pickup orders: sometimes bag is at pickup table, sometimes they have it in the back. Sometimes napkins and utensils are in the bag, sometimes I have to go put them in the bag.

The ugly: consistently having all tables dirty, trash on the floor, all trash bags constantly overflowing, insects (ants and flies) next to tables, some nasty smell is in the air, and the kitchen looks very dirty with food spilled all over the place.

The worst: when the customer service is good, it’s ok. Some of the employees are great. Other employees, not so much. When service is bad, it’s pretty arrogant and aloof. I’ve been experiencing more of the arrogant cashiers lately. Arrogance in the sense of ignoring your presence, no eye contact, no sense of urgency, and no apology for things taking 40 minutes more than they should have.

I have been a chipotle regular for a long time and recently moved to Gainesville. This location is horrible and disappointing every time I’ve gone. Workers don’t seem to care. Everything is dirty. Always out of everything. And every time I do a pick up order the bowl is half full and the order is normally wrong or missing something. Do not recommend.
