The employees at this location routinely mark delivery and pickup orders as complete/ready for pickup before they actually are in order to fraudulently pad their fulfillment times. When confronted with this and asked why it’s happening I was told they are told to do so by management. I will be forwarding that information to corporate.
The workers were nice but incredibly slow and unprofessional. Zero parking anywhere; I had to tell my girlfriend to wait in the car and just keep driving while I pick up the order. Nothing was stocked. I ordered 9pm pickup (2 bowls) and waited for my order until 9:45. The largest issue this time around is that the vegetables in my bowl had been washed in sanitizer solution (normal), but they forgot to rinse it with water afterward so my entire bowl tasted like pure acetone. I paid for a soda cup but there was no soda left in the machine. Unbelievably terrible operational flow. The workers looked miserable and tired. Prices keep going up and quality is plummeting.

The cooks did not change their gloves, chemical cross contamination, food all over the place. Putting old food on top of new food is disghusting. Please shut this place down. I’m scared to eat there. Cooks were wearing headphones.

DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES WHEN TOUCHING CHEMICALS, so much CROSS CONTAMINATION. My pregnant girlfriend is scared to eat her in fear of food poisoning. We stood in line and the workers were on their headphones, hiding in the back, food everywhere and milk out for HOURS. PLEASE do not eat here.

I'm not even gonna blame the staff because they are obviously understaffed at this place bll. The management is clearly disregarding the reality that this Chipotle is missing the mark on so many levels.
The line never seems to have enough people working so God save the poor worker that's trying to run both sides of the line while trying to keep a good disposition for the rightfully disgruntled customers.
But don't get your hopes up by trying to circumvent the line ordering online! Because whatever line is dealing with online orders in the back is equally ineffective.
The only redeeming quality was the food which at least wasn't as bad as the rest of the experience would have let you to believe.

Of all the locations I visit, this one consistently has the smallest portions. Food consistently isn’t as good as other locations. I don’t think I will be returning to this one. Service is normally sub-par here too. They seem incapable of bringing out online orders and putting them on the shelf where customers can get them- and when you ask about your order the staff acts like its an imposition. MEANWHILE, YOUR COMPLETED ORDER IS JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER IN THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT. WHY??? There are at least 40-50 other restaurants within 1/2 mile of this one- I’d suggest finding something else. Its disappointing that Chipotle would allow this store to remain open and operate like it does.

No line and yet they rushed me through and were very impatient. Please stock the basics or at least let the customer know when you are out of something before the ordering begins. This was my second and last time to come here.

We were skimped on our food, getting very little rice and beans in our burrito and burrito bowl. This left my bowl soupy and not filling because most of it was sour cream and guacamole. My boyfriends burrito was cold. When I asked for water cups the cashier failed to provide them. After going back up to the counter to ask for water cups she pointed to a possibly used stand alone cup upside down on the counter so the rim was touching the surface. I told her we needed two and she set a water cup next to the customer who was about to pay instead of handing it to me and he passed me the cup. I did not take the dirty water cup and we made do with one.
