This place has terrible customer service and every day I have been there … multiple days in a ROW they have no waffle bowls and /or dipped items cause they simply don’t want to use the machine to heat up the chocolate. Kind of annoying .

My husband picked up 2 chocotaco (5:50pm July 26), they told him they are making it so he waited for it and asked them to skip the sprinkles. he doesn’t know what they are supposed to look like, so he took what they gave him and left. They are very sad looking, not filled AT ALL. Why are you not training staff to make it correctly? If they are too incompetent to fill a cone with ice cream, I suggest extensive training.

They did a great today with the free two scoops.

Not fresh, overfrozen. The cake was rock-hard and couldn't be cut, and so was the pumpkin pie. It's not cheap. It's a terrible experience

The LITTLE GIRLS that work at the archer RD location are something else. Rude and the tall white girl thinks she can talk talk as if she is some how better then you. It’s all good, they lost my business

Always delicious!! I thoroughly enjoyed my peanut butter explosion sundae! Had them add extra peanut butter. Over $12 for a large sundae is quite expensive, but it is always good! The counter help was speedy and pleasant.

It was the first time I went to their store and I didn’t know how to order. An ice cream cone cost $8.05. The staff didn’t know how to introduce it to first-time customers and was very impatient. After purchasing, I found out that you can add 3 toppings for free.

Ice cream tastes great. Customer service is stale. No one greets upon entering. Manager or owner on the phone & ignores us. Worker in back eventually comes up front to take order. No pleasantries. Felt like we were disturbing them from something. Store smells sour, like mop or tables were cleaned with dirty or sour water. At least the ice cream was delicious.

Went there last night to celebrate a family Milestone, we got there after 9, so they were out of cones but the staff was very friendly, and the building was clean. I've never been to a Cold Stone before. The blueberry muffin batter ice cream was perfect.

I got cake batter and chocolate fudge truffle in a waffle bowl and it was wonderful!

Kid-friendliness: While we were there, a lady came in with a little girl dressed all in pink with glittery pink shoes like Dorothy in Wizard of Oz, but pink. She had the biggest smile on her face. Yeah, I'd say they're kid-friendly.

We went in and there was a really long line that kept growing and only 1 employee. MATTHEW...was absolutely amazing. He was so patient. Very calm in the chaos and tended to every single customer. He didn't let the busy affect his work in any way. His customer service and kindness was phenomenal. Keep up the good work Matthew, you are going places sir.. - from a GM of another company..

The ice cream is great but what you REALLY need to go to this cold stone for are the people. Customer service is fine but the employees are FINE, I’m talking absolute stunners. If you go for anything go for the perfect cheek bones and the perfectly trimmed facial hair good GOD. I’m gay and even I can appreciate the way these men look at me. This is the most Yassified cold stone I have ever been to and I am so thankful. Praise the lord blessed be
