I ate here on Monday and have been experiencing the WORST food poisoning of my life. I will not be eating here again as I was literally scared for my life with the amount of intestinal pain I was experiencing.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon as we were traveling back to the Florida Panhandle.The food was fine, nothing really to complain about there.However, once we got back on the road and I looked over the receipt, I noticed 3 different upcharges that weren't mentioned anywhere on the menu or by the cashier (who was very friendly otherwise).Meal 1: WP Sandwich - brisket. The meal was $9.49, but then I was upcharged $2 for the brisket. Was not aware of this upcharge.Meal 2: WP Sandwich - sliced pork. $9.49, no upcharges.Meal 3: Kids Plate - ribs. $6.99, then upcharged $3 for the ribs, then another $.50 for macaroni and cheese. Was not aware of these upcharges.So I was upcharged $5.50, but the worst part is no one said anything. I even gave an 18% tip because the cashier was friendly, not knowing they had already got me on the upcharges.I don't mind things being pricey, but I like to know ahead of time what's going on. This experience definitely rubbed me the wrong way as other places verbally inform you if something has an upcharge.I hope the manager sees this and trains his/her staff on making sure clients know something has an upcharge, and changes the menu to reflect the upcharges so customers can make informed decisions.

Bobby & his team are true experts!! The food they prepare is EXCELLENT- beef tenderloin cooked to perfection, crafty appetizers and very refreshing winter greens. The service they provide is unbelievable!! Bobby does not miss a single detail- from hosting a champagne welcome station for our guests, elegant place settings and BUILDING a sign for decor.. he does it all. Thank you Bobby & team for making our day truly something special!! Wish I had pics of the food but truly you must try it for yourself!! Amazing!!

The food, especially the meat, was bland and lacked flavor. The sides were all just canned food warmed up. We were served our food on paper plates too. I don’t understand what all the hype is about, as this place is certainly not worth going to.

My wife and I booked David's to cater our 80-guest wedding and could not have been happier with our experience! Bobby is an experienced professional and he and his team provide everything you'd want from a caterer and more.Bobby's team handled our buffet dinner, hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour, table linens, centerpieces, flatware, signage, and our audio guestbook (made to look like an old rotary-dial phone). His team put significant work into setup and tear-down, passed the hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, and staffed the bar all night. They were all so nice and such a huge help - service was smooth and no guest had to wait long for drinks, dinner, or anything else.The food was delicious and varied (way more options than the BBQ you may be familiar with from the restaurant). In addition to loving the food ourselves, we received many compliments from our guests about the quality and taste of everything served. We ate leftovers for weeks after the wedding and never grew tired of them.Our tables and signage all looked beautiful. Bobby makes custom signs and maintains a surprisingly large stock of decorations and linens. We were literally able to pick from a showroom and try different centerpiece layouts until we found what we went with.I already mentioned that the team was great, but Bobby himself is a machine. I don't think we ever waited a whole day to hear back from him, and it was not uncommon to receive a reply within minutes of sending an e-mail. We were not always sure what we wanted or needed during the planning process and Bobby always had recommendations backed up by his years of experience ready any time we asked. My favorite part of working with him were the little touches we never even thought of. For example, the moment we walked out from the ceremony we were greeted by one of his team who introduced herself as our "personal caterer" to ensure we had anything we wanted from cocktail hour as we hurried through photos!Truly a great experience and value for everything Bobby was able to make happen for us. You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend, especially for your catering needs. I have used them multiple times and they are so quick to respond which is not often my experience with catering. The food is solid and the portions are great. They have ALWAYS been on time and the staff has always been incredible. I would also say they have some of the more reasonable prices that I have found. My staff is always really happy with the food and I am thrilled with the service.

I have gone to David’s several times over the years. If I ever say I want to go there again please hold me back. I ordered a large rib sandwich with onion rings and no drink. The bill came to just over $20 dollars. The sandwich had three large juicy ribs which were juicy but extremely fatty. The onion rings were in fact an onion ring with a lot of small pieces of onion but not rings. In spite of the fact I ordered a sandwich I was up charged a dollar for bread. The sauce that came with the ribs was in a small container that contained probably less than 1/2 ounce not nearly enough for the ribs. All-in-all a colossal over-priced disappointment. I won’t be going back to David’s.

I over paid for slice roast beef sandwich meat I ordered sliced brisket. Literally left pissed off when I opened my box. Mac is bad cornbread is amazing
