This Dunkin and it's employees are the only thing that keep me going somedays. Everyday during my lunch break I go to this specific Dunkin to get coffee because they ALWAYS brighten my day. Ive pulled into their drive through crying my eyes out from stress and have left with the biggest smile on my face. Deja always remembers my order and D remembered me and my mom from a dunkin we use to frequent. I can not compliment the staff and customer care at this location enough....

I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Gainesville, Florida, after doing a quick Google search for a nearby location. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I hoped for. The building is rather uninviting and has an outdated appearance; it could really use a good pressure wash and a fresh coat of paint to brighten things up.

Dee/Diana is a rare gem. She answers the window with such joy and light in her voice almost forcing you to want to be happy with her! Such an angel. Hopefully she can be rewarded for her rare and delightful demeanor that is so few and far between now a days
