This store is way too slow. It's been a problem since it opened. I have been to firehouse many times and this place is significantly slower. If you order in the drive through and they take forever you are stuck and can't leave. I don't really care about staffing issues. Pay more and you won't have staffing issues. I love firehouse subs but I won't be coming here for a good while until they get their issues fixed.

The waiting time is ridiculous for a fast food place. I’ve waited about 25-30 minutes.. it shouldn’t take that long to put together fast food.. also, sometimes their hot subs comes out cold, just go somewhere
