The employees are all very curious. This location has a drive thru which is a huge perk! They do occassionall get the orders wrong. Receipt will show it input correctly, but it will sometimes be prepared incorrectly. They have gotten better with this and are always willing to fix things and make it right. I love Firehouse, and I love how convenient this location is right off of 13th/441, but the management needs to do something about the employees. This location is the slowest in town.I can see there are 7 employees in the store. Only one of them is actually doing work, and all of the others are just standing around talking, laughing, and joking with each other. This store is way too slow. It's been a problem since it opened. I have been to firehouse many times and this place is significantly slower. If you order in the drive through and they take forever you are stuck and can't leave. I don't really care about staffing issues. Pay more and you won't have staffing issues. I love firehouse subs but I won't be coming here for a good while until they get their issues fixed.
