My son and I went in the middle of a weekday morning. There was a general din but otherwise it was very slow. We were seated promptly. Minutes ticked by and our waiter came by and took our order. I ordered the donut hole starter with cheesecake Nutella, he had the kids half waffle with bacon and a hot chocolate. I had the special which was a double bacon Parmesan bowl with arugula salad and spinach with coffee. Our food came out faster than our waiter originally came to the table but they missed the donut holes. My meal was so salty (and I’m a salt lover) and very potato heavy, there was more arugula than spinach which I found in a clump at the bottom of the bowl. I never saw our waiter again. I had to flag someone down to REORDER our starter. Let me say again it was not busy. We waited another ten ish minutes for the starter and didn’t get it till we had completely finished our food and our plates were bussed by the same person dropping off the starter. When I received the bill, my son‘s hot chocolate was charged in full($3.99, same price as my coffee), even though it said a kids meal includes a drink. I was expecting an up charge, maybe but not a full charge for an adult beverage. The donut holes were also charged, which I think is absolutely absurd because I had to ask for them twice and ended up getting them after we completed our entire meal. The only reason I did not have them cancel the order was because my son was actually very excited to have them which is why when I ordered I said we are going to start with the donut holes, and then placed our food orders. Overall, I was just not impressed, nobody asked how our food was, nobody came back to check on us. It was so slow and we were probably one of less than 10 tables in the entire restaurant, including the bar. Total bill was $40 before tip.

Although the location and atmosphere are impressive, the quality of food and service is underwhelming. The food was served at an inadequate temperature, and the waiter failed to follow up to determine if we needed anything. It was necessary for me to request basic items such as napkins and straws. Regrettably, my experiences at both locations have been consistent in their shortcomings. This may be my last visit.
