Delicious hot, crispy, juicy Cuban sandwich. They have original Materva, which is delicious. They call out your name in Spanish ? staff is nice. Place could use a little sprucing up ?

I get the same thing every time I go, 2 beef empanadas, sweet plantains and a cheese pastry. So delicious!! The price is right, the staff is friendly, and it's in walking distance of downtown Gainesville.

Edit: Flacos has significantly improved their wait time issue. No more super long waits!Flacos has awesome food but the wait is always awful, any day, any time. I went in the middle of the day, no one else there, it took like 20 minutes to make my food. Tonight, Tuesday night, I ordered ahead, and have waited an extra 30 minutes past the pickup time. Flacos I love you but you guys just move so slowly
