To the person working today, April Wednesday the 23rd around 9:30/10am, they were all by themselves with an insane line and nonstop mobile orders popping up. They kept composure and were so friendly and sweet despite juggling so many drinks and a line out the door! It was so much work and people and they handled it with grace, busting out perfect beverages as fast as humanly possible. Didn’t get a chance to ask her what her name was bc she was so busy but wanted to leave a review attesting to their work ethic and sense of urgency and patience.

Horrrible horrrible customer service. It’s absolutely abhorrent how terrible their customer service is. Last time I was there, the customer service was so terrible I just left before ordering anything. I literally had a moment where I was like, I genuinely don’t have to pay for shitty service. The time prior to that, I ordered my coffee. Waited 15 mins at the side of the bar when an employee came up to me and said is there a reason why I’m lingering around. I said yes, for my drink! Which they completely forgot to make. No apologies or anything.
Honestly. Customer service is genuinely too terrible for me to return. I’ll go elsewhere.

Literally is my favorite coffee shop ever, was a huge fan of the foxtail in orlando and the one here does not disappoint! Absolutely love the staff, extremely friendly, and their espresso is so good!

The atmosphere is great, the service is fantastic, though the coffee itself is lacking. I tried foxtail twice and both times the coffee itself tastes a bit burnt. However, it’s a great little place to sit and enjoy a drink and get some work done, and it’s just what butler plaza needs as it grows.

It is the best local coffee shop! Derek is the store manager and always provides a friendly and welcoming environment. Also Ceara! Go to Foxtail and enjoy your coffee there!

Coffee and pastry was great, but the three employees wouldn’t stop loudly gossiping. Me and the 8 other customers in the shop were clearly trying to do work on laptops, but they loudly cackled and talked the entire time I was there. I even noticed another guest annoyed and leave. Coffee shops obviously aren’t libraries, but this was excessive.

Not sure what the hype is about this spot but I wasn’t impressed and I’ve tried several times.
The specialty drinks aren’t updated on the sites and google so I showed up to them offering ā€œno specialty drinkā€ then the cashier looked at me and started acting pushy when I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order (since there wasn’t any specialty drinks) & pretty sure I saw her whisper something to the other coffee maker who laughed so I’m sure she said something about me.
The one I tried was gross and the customer service was low quality.
I wish I would have asked for a refund for the $7 coffee I bought because now I have to go by Starbucks.
Specialty drinks are helpful for people like me who don’t know the difference between the coffee types.

Went here for the first time with my gf. Cute setup and concept but, they could not make a regular coffee to save their lives. If you like sweet coffee or even a hint of sweetness this is not the place for you.

I walked in there this morning and I might as well have walked into Starbucks. The same tired display of post-chilled pastries, even cake pops. Boring.

Coffee was decent- Overpriced coffee. They think they sell gold.
$6.50 for 8oz almond milk cappuccino. What a joke.
