Gainesville is a small town. There's tons of sushi and poke restaurants. If you hide from customers, you'll lose that battle. Do better and speak with people if they have a problem. I shouldn't have to put this up. Good luck!

Fusa Bowl sushi recipe: -95% rice (wet) -4% cucumber -1% fish scraped off the bottom of the freezer. In all honesty this is THE worst sushi in Gainesville. BUT, itās the best priced. $12 for 3 roles! The other items on the menu are nice and simple. I do really like the teriyaki chicken bowl. The miso soup is a joke.

First time having a Poke bowl it was delicious. I had a 1 protein bowl (in my bowl I had sushi rice, spicy salmon, corn, mango, cucumber, avocado, eel sauce, crispy garlic, pickled ginger and yum yum sauce)with a grill eel roll (love grilled eel). Their prices arenāt bad and you get a lot of food before door dash fees etc these items came to $18. I will definitely eat from here again.
