I needed eggless cupcakes for a celebration. I thought about baking them myself. But got disgusted with the recipe I found. Figure support a local small business. So I ordered cupcakes.

This place has gone downhill and the new management doesn’t make it any better.
Great experience from the time I walked in to the day of the event. Maria went above and beyond and made a cake to fit my little one’s needs and our guests. Thank you for making our experience flawless. We appreciate you and look forward to our next event.

Shitty Cake service, I would give 0 stars if I could. My mom tried to get me a birthday cake for my 21st birthday. The staff members kept messing around and saying they don’t have the right ingredients available, no one available to work on my cake, the flavor I wanted wasn’t in stock, etc. Don’t know why you choose to have this business if you refuse to take customers requests and aren’t prepared for your job 😂🤦♀️. Never coming here again.
New owner lady is awful
Gigi’s cupcakes made our wedding experience even more incredible, everything we ordered looked beautiful and tasted delicious, they were able to make the vegan cupcakes for some special guest, Mary’s and husband attention to detail and dedication were excellent, I recommend this place for every occasion.
I stopped by this cupcake shop and tried the lemon blueberry cupcake — absolutely delicious! The cake was incredibly moist with a smooth texture, and the flavor balance between the tangy lemon and sweet blueberry was perfect. The store itself is super cute and inviting, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors!
The cake parts are good but the icing is far too sweet. So much sugar that the icing has granules in it. Too sugary that, except for the chocolate icing, the sugar overpowers the flavors they are trying to highlight.
Fabulous cupcakes, they were very soft and freshly served🧁

I have never been so upset with a bakery. My 21st birthday was May 25th, I wanted a cake and saw Gigi’s Cupcakes offer gluten free options. I made it very clear from the very beginning that I can’t have gluten. I sampled gluten-free flavors for my birthday cake. I picked the red velvet with cream cheese icing. I clarified numerous times over text, over the phone, and in person that I wanted a gluten-free cream cheese icing, red velvet cake. Once I picked it up it looked great! Upon taking it home for my birthday party, I cut into the cake only to find no red velvet, no cream cheese icing, and was left sick for days! I was already skeptical as the workers there spoke little English and were trying to charge me $140 for a 12 inch cake. They were able to give me a discount and I paid $112 which was still insane. but y’all were the only place I could find that offered gluten-free cakes like the one I wanted and it was too late. For my cake to be the exact opposite of what I asked for, for that price is absolutely outrageous! When I messaged the local Gigi’s Cupcakes about this issue, they completely disregarded me and then proceeded to leave me on read ignoring a very upsetting and dangerous issue. I am extremely allergic to gluten, I get very sick and can have health complications if I eat it. It’s so upsetting to me that someone in the food industry would be that indifferent about a FOOD ALLERGY. I could press charges for this, but I thought I’d give the company a chance first. The least y’all could do is give me a refund. I have photos to prove everything. And I’m tired of not being taken seriously, when someone says they need an accommodation on something they have absolute no control over, and could be physically harmed by, it should be anyone’s upmost priority. It would be mine.
Gigis used to be the absol best. Recently had a change in management and the recipe isn’t the same. Cakes are dense and inedible. Very disappointing, not worth their price. Publix cupcakes are better now.
They’re so friendly and nice! The cakes and cupcakes are so tasty and good! I would highly recommend anyone to come here!
Gigi’s cupcakes were wonderful to work with and created beautiful cupcakes for my graduation! Highly recommend
The best vegan and gluten free cupcakes in Florida, 100% recommended.
