The Lavender Lady is delicious! I will definitely be back for it. This place is a hidden gem for having large study groups. I had the whole place to myself, which was nice, but I want them to stay in business. I LOVE the decor. The only slight downside is that they no longer serve food, however, that also means you can save money and bring your own food to enjoy with their coffees/teas. 😊

Today, I decided to go to one of my favorite Gainesville coffee shops, Harper’s Corner. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now serve authentic Jamaican food in addition to coffee and tea. This makes me feel right at home, because of my Jamaican roots. It’s such a great place to study, as you can get coffee or a fulfilling meal!
