Ordered food online a whole hour before pick up food was ready and they looked at me through drive thru the whole time smiling and laughing. Very unprofessional and very upsetting will be reporting to corporate.

Paid for stuffed crust for regular crust. I'm pissed! Called 6 times, but there was no answer. Had to drive all the way back up to the store, only to be told that they didn't have stuff crust and that they forgot to tell me! I was offered a frigging soda as an apology!! What about the extra money I paid for stuffed crust? What about the time wasted? There are literally no customers, yet the phone can't be answered. Not to mention, i sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes because the door is locked. My kids had to eat cold pizza, WRONG COLD PIZZA at that!! I will not be going back!!

When you call to place an order you get someone that can't understand you or you understand them , your not communicating with the store it's someone it appears to be from another country. They can't get the order right !!! The store attendant was good.

Ordered 1 large veggie sub (7.99) and 1 large pepperoni pizza ($7.99) on wacky Wednesday with a Cajun bread ($5.95). Wife gets home with food and receipt was all regular price. My pizza was $13+ and her veggie sub was $9.99. She even asked when she got there to pick up the food to make sure it was under the wacky Wednesday deal and he said yes. Still rang it up regular price! Are y'all serious. You don't apply your own deals to your own food you make? Do I need to bring in a coupon? Do I need to say open sesame? Is there a super secret bro code to get the wacky Wednesday deal? I've never had this problem at any other HH. Only this one. It's almost like I'm intentionally getting ripped off. What should've been a $22 dollar meal costed me $32 because of ignorance or stupidity. Which is it?

I love this place and the Manger is very nice and friendly to me ever time, my order is always correct which is important. Fast service as well.

I paid for extra cheese wasn’t on there. They forgot the barbecue sauce and the garlic sauce but I turned around and they fixed that. I didn’t realize that my extra cheese wasn’t on here that I paid for the extra onions wasn’t on here. This is the first time that I’ve had a bad experience at this location I’m just hoping that maybe They could work on reading their orders a little bit better when people pay for it.
